Default Factory option sub?

I was looking on the back of the accessories list for the xB and there was a sub listed. I would like more bass and am fine with the stock deck right now. Does anyone have more info on this?

Thanks!

the sub that was intended for the NGxB to be put on the side of the trunk area was never released and do believe was cancelled for production.

Yep saw that one. They always seem to get the good stuff.

I have seen one of the Bazooka factor subs, but I was unaware it was unreleased. Mike Vu had a couple that he stripped out when he built the 10 or so xB's for Scion. Anyway, you wouldn't want it. It was really really ugly. I'll see if he still has it around next time I see him, I'll shoot a picture of it.

You do have another option -

It's all fiberglass. No, I'm not the seller. Yes, that is my car in the picture.

I'm old and my wife wouldn't give up any cargo space, so it worked out almost perfect.

At least it's another option, but I'm happy with my choice.
It's just not stealth enough for me and I think it sticks out like a sore thumb. Just my opinion, not meant as an attack. I hope you rock out with it and enjoy in good health.

The pictures make it look like it sticks out more than it does because of the flash. Plus, with the grill off you can see how deep it is and it really sticks out.

You lose -0- space. You even get the side pockets. Everyone who's seen it looked at all the room in the back and noticed it last.

I'll take some other pictures of it later this weekend.

I saw yours. It's totally stealth, BUT.......you lose the spare. It's a hell of a lot easier to build it your way, plus you get to build a larger box.

This is my wife's car. I can't remove the spare. None of my IASCA cars lacked a spare, and the Mrs. daily driver certainly can't be without one.

Completely understand your reasons, I thought long and hard about it, but emotion won over function for me.

BTW, the one in the pictures is carpeted in black. I accidentally found it this weekend. Mine is gray. I'll shoot some better pictures tomorrow and post them.
