congrats.
i'm sure its a little late but the orange is for the dimming of the screen. when you put our headlights on it changes the screen from day to night mode

Thanks, actually what I meant was, where would that connect to on the factory harness. It turns out I was looking at the wrong wiring diagram and when I looked at the wiring harness I bought for the install, the wire was labled so it answered my question.

Bypass worked beautifully!!!! Thanks again everybody! I love this thing!

only thing i didnt like about the gps is how much cable they gave you. beings i work with gps everyday, you dont need to mount it on the outside of the car when you can mount it in the firewall long as there is not much metal above it.

Ok, now that I've been using the unit, I've come across a strange problem. AM stations are not very audible and even with the volume WAY up I can barely here what's going on. FM stations come in nice and clear and my ipod and nav directions are also clear. Only the AM stations are messed up. Anybody have an idea?
