Well I used to have a Honda and I had the JDM 5 panel Wink Mirror in it, but I sold the car.
I was wondering if any1 knows if the mirror will mount/fit on my 2011 Scion xB?

whats the difference from a "jdm" wink mirror vs. a PepBoys Wink Mirror?

 

I've seen them 2nd gens before, just don't know how easy/hard it was to install.

 

JDM makes it real legit.

 

Well when i installed it in my Honda it was easy, just unbolt the sun visors and bolt up the mirror, and that's what I'm thinking of doing with my xB, I just don't wanna buy the mirror and it not fit lol.

I mean the brackets that hold up the mirror to the car r reversible so I can prolly mount it up regardless, but there's still that possibility of it not fitting, cuz it was made for Honda, but I'm putting it on a Toyota car lol

LOL! I was thinking the exact same thing.

 

The Wink Mirror will not line up with the visor brackets in the xB2, will have to drill through the headliner, make new brackets or get the windshield brackets.

Thats not what he was asking for, that is the hardware kit that comes with the mirror that will NOT work for mounting in an xB2 without drilling into the headliner / windshielt support.

The windshield mounts are sold everywhere the mirrors are sold, otherwise you will have to make you own brackets to mount at the visor locations.
