well when i switched my normal one to the Premium at the dealer they old my there wasnt one, if there was one it would be in the car manuel (which i think it only covers the normal stero) anyway, anyone know of an online one.... check all over the SCION site and PIONEER site and no luck... i herd you can change some of the lights (LCD or Buttons... dont know) and I want to do it if possable. TX

 

if you contact Scion HQ, Scion will send you a copy of the Pioneer Audio manual (It will be a printed out version on regular white paper) -- Also, if you are looking for the site for the Screensaver Studio its at

But if you want the manual itself, just call or email Scion (with your mailing address) and they will send you one within 7 to 10 business days


Oh and to change the color of the buttons from amber to blue turn the power OFF then hold down the menu button- you'll see a setup screen come on and using the multi selector you'll find a tab called "ILL" for illumination- that's how you change that.

Yeah Scion hasn't updated the website yet to include the Manuals for the 2008 audio in the Reference section, but they should all be available online soon =)

 

i have mine installed on 2008 Tc, found out the display screen was only display in black and white color? was that normal? i checked on Scion site, and Accessories booklet, they both showing this system had color display screen, can someone clarify that for me pls, thanks

 

Pioneer Premium's display is bluish-tinted monochrome.

I have the Pioneer Premium HU. The display is black and white. You can change the button illumination color to either orange or blue.

 

I too was looking for manual because when u go to entertainment options there is one that is customizable but it says read owners manual to find out how to do so. I don't have one and can't seem to find one that is actually manual not quick guide. Anyone know how to customize the display on this primium head unit? Not talking about colors either
