Lost immobilizer fob
So last weekend my backpack got stolen from a party. Had my keys and my brand new lg g2 phone =(.
Bigger problem is my 09 xb came with some sort of aftermarket immobilizer. My keys had little black fob with one clear square button and a light in the shape of an exclamation point (!). Even bigger problem is I only had one of these fobs. After lurking around the web and these forums I was able to remove the lower dash, I noticed a neon green ziptie that looked non oem connecting some wires and there is a relay there. I believe this is the immobilizer although I am not sure.
I read up on an immobilizer relay called no start. It seems like if I just get the OEM relay i can just switch it out and my car will start again.
If anyone has any experience with these relays and could lead me in the right direction that would be awesome. I could take a picture or video or something if that would help. TIA everyone

Picture would help tremendously but it's probably the usual dealer installed starter kill. The relay is aftermarket and there is a wire coming from the key cylinder that goes through it. Remove the two halves of that wire from the relay and reconnect them back to each other. This will by-pass the starter kill and let the car work normally again.
