Is there anyone in Southern cali or even any part of the US (w/ shipping) that can possibly make me some 6.5" MDF baffles for my XB2? I need front and back.

You should not use Mdf as speaker rings for your XB, 1st the moisture makes them swell and they get twice the size of the mdf. Second the push the door panel out. You can use a product thats made of PVC that is black and light weight.I Have access to it and can make some for you. Just PM

 

its actually going to be an mdf spacer soaked in resin so it doesnt swell from moisture.

 

Take your stock speakers out and go to a car audio shop. Any shop worth their weight in MDF dust will be able to take the stock speakers, trace them, and route a baffle using the traces. I paid $65 for a pair of front speaker baffles. Hit em with several coats of cheap spray paint and you're done. (Spray paint seals out the moisture pretty well)
