Well thanks to all here who helped me to get the 'SWC' button assembly out. I got it done!, BUT no thanks to me, that I properly screwed up the light swap. I got solder mabey in the wrong place & the new blue plcc in crocked as hell, then when I went to remove it, it came up along with a strand of circuit board too! So Needles to say, It's all Friggked up! my bad...
When I put it back in minus the led, I get vol up & down & NO mode function & only channel up & NO channel down.. & of course no Mode illumination.
I got a replacemnt assembly on order,,,,
IF anyone here wants to take a stab at fixing mine up, let me know.. I'll send it to ya & let you perform surgery on it to get it back to normal.. PM me if you can help..
Thanks all for the help.. All relies are welcomed & encouraged.. Thanks agian.. jh

you sure you got your socket IN all the way.. Mine is a bit of a biscuit to get seated in there, Then make sure you got your ratchet going in the =un-screw= position before you stick it on the socket.. you MAY be going the wrong way, 'tightening'..... good luck.. jh
