I don't have a fuse location for you, but if I were in your shoes I would grab a multimeter, set it to continuity (usually will have a speaker icon on the dial) and touch both probes to the top of each fuse. Each good fuse should give you an audible tone. When you get to a bad fuse there will be no tone. No need to remove the fuses.....just go down each column and start probing. The fuse you blew is proabably in the dash fusebox, not the engine compartment fusebox. Doing it this way should take you no more than 5 minutes.

I know this is from a long time ago but, I would just like to know if this problem was ever solved, because i am having the same thing happen to me yet the strange thing is all of my fuses work. Are there any other fuses I should know about?

Yup. There's also a fuse box under the hood. It's covered with a lid and it's right next to the Air filter box.

Pages 264 & 265 of the 2008 xB Owner's Manual outlines the location and function of every single fuse on the car.

None of them are itemized specifically as temperature control **** lights, but it will give you a big head start as to which fuses to look at.

Hi thanks for your responses . I took a look at the fusebox under the hood and tested every fuse. They work fine, so now im under the assumption that perhaps something is wrong with t he dimmer fuse? Ill have a look at the manual too(something i should have done anyway) thanks again!

At least it should be covered by warranty... unless YOU did something that caused it.

Well, I figured out the issue and did another double check on the fuse and turns out it was the "panel" 7.5 fuse that was blown.
