I've got another brand MP3 player and was wondering whats the easiest way to connect to the xB system.

Tried searching, but MP3 is too short and could not find much else.

The best way to connect any other audio device to the xB is thought the AUX port, it's right next to the iPod port. You will need a male to male headphone cable, readily available at any normal store ... don't spend more then $5 on one.

 

Yeah, thats what I was thinking. I was also considering one of the new Pioneer double din rcvrs ($250 on Amazon) that accepts a usb drive with songs.

 

That works too. My pioneer avic-f700bt does that too (as well as SD card), but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It takes too long for the songs to start playing when you just turn on the car.

 

That sucks.
