Yes it is possible.
You can add DEI 530T's into your car. You will need 2 modules (one for the front and rear windows) and these will allow you to have auto up and down on both sides.
The modules are made for you to be able to roll your windows up and down with your alarm (I have it all setup like this) and are about 50 bucks each.
Google DEI 530T's

yeah the 530t receives an input signal from an alarm and will up all your windows when you lock it.... it also turns your factory switches into one-touch switches...
as been stated, you will need 2 modules
if tieing it into factory keyless/alarm then a relay tied into your door lock wire will do the trick as far as puttin em up.
if you take it to a skilled technician, plan on spending $150-$200 for install. if you're not experienced with these modules they can be a major pain. make sure the module is installed in in your kick-panel, as close to the door as possible, and away from the elements (water will do a number on em and wig-out your windows spontaneously)
good luck mang!
