Radio constant gives no power

Radio constant gives no power
I’m trying to hook up an aftermarket radio in my girlfriends Scion xB (gen 2) because soda got spilled on it, and putting the new radio in I tested the bolts on the constant 12v and I’m getting no power to it. I tested the fuses and they all seem okay besides a few which I replaced but still didn’t give power, but from what I saw none of them but “panel” could have anything to do with the radio.
So my questions are
1) what might have been shorted out?
2) can I tap into a different constant from elsewhere that would be able to provide enough power without blowing fuses all the time?
3)could I if I don’t care about radio memory run the constant and accessory off of the accessory wire as a temporary fix while I figure it out?
thank you for any input on the situation, it’s much appreciated
