So the bulb depicted in this thread will not work in the reverse lights or the parking lights? Sorry, I'm a bit confused. If I ordered four of the bulbs that you pictured in the original post for this thread, would I be able to use them in the parking light and reverse light sockets? I also am a bit confused about how the turn signal lights would work. It says plug and play, but there is also mention of a relay. Would I just replace the OEM socket with the one you provide, or do I also need to wire in a relay to prevent the hyper flashing? Wiring the relay is not something I've done before, so I might be hesitant to mess with that. I've also been warned by several other guys that the turn signal lights should not be messed with (melting, hyper flash, dead lights after a short time). Any more help would be appreciated. I can also call the number if that is easier and talk to someone. I am in Hawaii, so let me know what time to call if so. If the bulbs work for the sockets I have, I would order 4 turn signals, 4 of the wedge type bulb in this thread, and 2 license plate lights as well. Thanks for your time. Aloha!
For the Front turn signal, it's plug and play, but LED bulb turn signal will cause hyper flashing..
I sell special relay (also plug and play) that you just replace with stock relay... to fix the hyperflashing..
Yes, just give me a call, if you want more detail information....

Does anyone have diameter of the xB2 2011 and tC reverse light hole size is??
We are trying to figure out if the 3 sided high power reverse module will maybe fit??
We are testing to fit 3 sided module on 194/168 socket (as long as I can get the diameter of the hole, we can get one made soon)

I've just confirm that, opening for the xB2 (2011 and up) reverse light is 7/8" and new high power module that will have 194 socket will be 3/4" diameter, so it will fit fine...
194 socket high power bulb will have 3 sides, instead of 4 sides..

Also don't forget that some of the light comes from the LED license plate in that picture. I know because I have one in mine. So when I'm admiring my car at night with the lights on, I always see a crisp blue line coming from my license plate lights.
THose LEDs definitely project radially and I'm sure are very bright, but I need confirmation they'll throw light outward in order to actually help me when I'm driving in reverse in a very dark area.

Yeah, typical of LEDs installed into an incandescent bulb housing. Very bright when you look at them but pretty weak for projecting useful illumination where you need it.

I am confused a bit myself... I have a 2012 xB2 and have heard so much info that it is making my decisions hard.
First, I am willing to buy the license plate LED as I think it looks good and does what I assumed it would.
I REALLY want to be able to see better when backing out of my driveway at night. SO, has anyone tested the LED reverse lights for a 2011 and up? Do they provide more light to the DRIVER when backing up at night?
Lastly, I have been told conflicting things, does the LED turn signal work with the 2011 and up? Does it stay on constant white when not blinking yellow as seen on the website? Is there something different about my car than the 2008-10 with regard to this?

You can reach the socket from under the bumper, remove the stock bulb, plug in the new LED bulb..
Check if it lights up, if it doesn't lights up, just flip the bulb around...

- License plate is same
- Reverse light has been changed to two lights with smaller bulb (We are in the process of making another design to fit that model. Coming Soon...)
Check out the prototype from here
- For the front turn signal, 2008-2010 went from dual contact bulb (parking and turn signal built into one bulb) one turn on the headlight switch will make it light up then blinker brighter when you turn on the turnsignal
2011 and up went with single contact bulb, only turn signal only (it has separate bulb for the parking light)
LED bulb will work on any of the mode, but you'll get hyper flashing.
You can use the new relay that we sell to make it normal speed. it's simple replaces the stock flasher relay
