Default 08 Xb Turbo Kits Now Available Through Treadstone!

If anyone is interested in a kit, we will have a couple kits 100% complete and ready for sale in a few weeks. "KillerCane" has the prototype on his car right now, and the retail kit will be very similar to his. Retail price is starting at $4195 We are taking orders as of now but we will only have limited quantities for approx 2-3 months while mass production is still taking place. If anyone is interested please email me at info@treadstoneperformance.com
or call 440-725-2168
thanks

This kit will be pretty much the same as our scion Tc kits, their are some extra components making oil pan line installation easier, extra piping for intake, and injector components.

i saw this over on scikotics.. the only thing i am worried about is the excessively long intake pipe. i know the concept is to draw cooler air but a pipe that long is a lot of work for the turbo... and that 90degree that it pulls around the battery isnt all that great either... is there a reason that you didnt go under the battery or place the intake elsewhere?

also whats the fuel management option?

in the base kit, the filter is in the engine compartment
for fuel, its just like our Tc kit, you get injectors and the velocity stack MAF housing.
no tunning necessary

the "excessive" long intake is the Cold Air Intake, and I have seen prices for the system over $500 cheaper.

I just saw Craig's (killercane) xB last night and I must say that its nicely put together and sounds awesome.

Definately a well put together product and for a nice price.

I think the only difference they could make is instead of having the bend that runs it behind the battery, run it straight over the battery. Even doing that I doubt would make a noticable difference. There's not really anywhere else to run it. Can't got straight out and under the battery cause it will hit the main frame/beam under the battery. If you think that's long look at where you have to run it on a 1.8T VW. The turbo is back against the firewall lol. Mega PITA to work on.

Just build up your motors internals, and crank up the boost! You could pretty much get whatcha want for boost if you have $$$ and time!

IDK they just both look the same and even the pics do so I dont know what to think... Did they steal your guys' pics or something? Im confused...

Anyway I'll probably go with the TT kit if I go boosted.

Nice kit but $1000 more than the TC kit for "some extra components making oil pan line installation easier, extra piping for intake, and injector components."?

BTW, can you tell me what your relationship is with Ancla Motorsports? They sell the same kit. TBH, I really like your kit but the price put me off. The TC kit is priced right, IMO.

I would drop $2700 to boost the xb in a second...Heck, I would just buy everything but the charge pipes and adapt a "universal" charge pipe kit.
