Huh, nice topic revival. Anyway, I've got my money on April sometime. Dealers should know about 3 weeks before they have any hit their lot here in the Midwest. Other transport times are a bit shorter (read: the coasts).
I hope to see an allocation of new xBs on the first of April allocation. Anything before that is just gravy.

My source tells me that they will NOT be releasing them until the stock of current xB's are depleated/gone/done/kaput. That's why they aren't selling 07's. Maybe my guy is just an idiot I dunno.... he's batting .455 right now on the communication correctness.

It's all good Chris. Sorry for the previous comment. It was dumb and arrogant. I just cant help myself at times. I know you guys are connected in your own ways. Youre wroong when you say I havent worked for Scion in months though. I work for two dealerships now and other Scion related offices. My last job was a joke and I dont know why I stayed there so long...

yeah there will probably be an RS 1.0 xB2 But i believe they wont release that info until I'd say maybe a couple of months after the release of the new xB. I believe thats how the RS 1.0 xB was...

I talked to someone from Scion Corporate today, he was at a tundra release event. He said that the April release was delayed to May, and he also invited us to a "Show and Go" event where we could drive both the xB and xD. He also told us we decided we wanted one at the show and go he would make sure the dealership we frequent would get one just like that in allocation... It doesn't hurt that someone in my immediatly family seems to buy a new Toyota/Scion from that Dealership every 6 months or so.

It can't come soon enough. My 02 Max is coming out of the shop tomorrow. Blown Mass Air Flow Sensor, $863, bad left hub & bearing, $555, bad right strut (have to replace two) $900, plus maintenance, (belts, coolant, brakes). The failures have caused Mrs. Scion to declare that we're getting rid of it, and I'm getting a cheap car ;-)

My buddy is the Manager at Brent Brown Toyota here in Utah. He has confirmed April as the release date. He has also said that they will not be given all of the exact details, including price, until 1 week before they are to be sold. We are actually having a meet down there on Saturday and I am going to get as much information as possible, but I would bet on April. Did I say April yet?
