2014 xB - backup camera install?
New Scion owner here! Yes, a few years late to the party but I have joined the club with a "like new" 2014 xB. So far, love it. Apparently I had go back in time to find the ideal vehicle for my needs.
First question - what is the best/preferred way to add a backup camera? This model has the BeSpoke touchscreen unit. I read an older post somewhere which suggested it could support a backup camera but some hardware needs to be run. I am not an experienced DIY'er but have installed some head units in older cars. With whatever the solutions are now in 2022, what are my best options? Is there an easy / low-labor solution? Thank you!

Hi and welcome to the scion family!
I would strongly suggest to meet local chapters. Usually scion people are very friendly and will help you decide the path of least resistance.
To answer your question, there are tremendous online resources online which denote the steps to take. In short, running the camara cable alongside the roof is the best way to do it/shortest reach.
