Hi, Has anyone experience buying from Assaulttech.com?

Here's my experience... I ordered a exhaust gasket for XB2 from them and end up not needing them anymore and wanted to return 3 days after I received the gasket, I emailed them on 8-4-11 them for an RMA, 08-10-11 got back email saying that they are waiting to get the RMA from the distributor, waited till now 08-23-11 they replied me back today stating that I cant return cause the gasket is in special order.?

 

Might want to have this moved to buyer/seller experience. I only had one experience with them and was very pleased.

 

I have ordered a few parts from them, and it's really hit or miss. They have great prices, but I have waited far too long for my parts the past two times ive ordered.
