not worth it, just trade in your vehicle for a manual. seriously. price is the least of the concern. the problems are the head aches that will arise.
take a glance in the tC forum for the auto to manual threads. if you really want a manual xB, take whatever parts you have off your xB, trade it in for a manual, and procede.
changing a transmission is not like changing. unless you have loads of disposible income, and/or time and access to tools and labor and skills to do so, and can do without having a drivable vehicle for fairly good amount of downtime. this is not for you.
oh, and also, any remaining balance of your powertrain warranty is gone.
