Default BEWARE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Okay a bit of back ground first I spent months looking at rims and finally decided on some that I liked and the price was right. This company has a financing program and because I don’t have any credit cards I decided to give it a shot so I was approved and they said that they would send me out a packet to fill out which they did in a timely manner the envelope had a next day air pre paid label on it I put in the mail 3 weeks ago and guess what I still don’t have my rims...just excuses first I was told that the financing was new so they were backed up (not mentioned) when I ordered the rims, then the lady that runs the program is pregnant so she was only in once and while, then there was delay getting the money from their bank because they switched lenders. This was the WORST experience I have ever had, I called three or four times a day and not one person was there to help, I even spoke t a manager and basically told me to cancel the order and had such an attitude. This is just an FYI for anyone looking to get rims.....stay away from this company. I tried getting free upgraded shipping for all the trouble and they said they can not do that......please give me a break. I guess I should have paid extra and got them from a more reputable company…..tell everyone you know who is looking for rims to STAY AWAY!

I second this!

Avoid Discounted Wheel Warehouse!

I had purchased rims and tires for my soon to be old vehicle - 2002 Ford Explorer. After I had them a few months and I noticed the chrome finish was starting to bubble. I had called them up to inquire about their warranty policy on the rims, I couldn't even get to talk to a person! I left several messages on voicemail and no one ever called me back. When I finally did speak to someone, they didn't want to know anything. They gave me the phone number for the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Mazzi, refferred me back to the seller.

So avoid Discounted Wheel Warehouse and also Mazzi wheels!

If you can cancel your order and financing with them, do it now because once you get your rims - the customer service (or lack of) gets worse.
