Default Blowby or Something Else?

Hi, is it normal for a little smoke/steam to release out of the oil dipstick and dipstick hole right after the car is shut off? 2011 Scion xB. Thanks.

Also, the car was driven for 5 -10 minutes after it wasn't driven for a few days.

It could be blow-by; the cheap first step would be to replace the PCV valve - should be under $10 at most parts stores. If it continues, get the coolant system pressure tested.

How does the coolant look? How about the oil?

Thanks for the response.

It's actually a car at the Toyota dealership. Like all the other used cars on the lot, I think it wasn't driven for a while. Anyway, I'm getting the car inspected at a garage next week.
