Default Hmmm. motor is fine

I have been getting some blowby lately. Not alot. just enough to be noticeable in the catch can. I thought maybe the motor finally went. I did a compression test today expecting the worst but it came back 185 185 185 180. almost perfect. So I guess my question is, is some blowby normal? How often are you guys filling your catch can?

hmm if your tune seems fine, no changes with the way the car runs then you should be fine.. you can do a leak down test too if you noticed something else is wrong aside from the increased oil in the catch can..

Check the intercooler pipes for oil. Possible turbo seals.

all it should mean is that the ring lands are goign away, which isn't bad...it's pretty normal.

Not exactly so.

Your oil rings could be worn, but compression rings be fine.

You'll still get some oil blow by.
