M21 is the "professional" version of NXT 2.0 wax basically, available online or directly from their website. It's formula is a tad different for applying by machine I believe, versus by hand that NXT 2.0 is geared towered. Very similar product though.

For black plastic parts, I use Meg's All Purpose Cleaner and then follow up by their Vinyl/Rubber Protectant. If any wax should stain the trim I remove that with oil (peanut/baby/canola) and it cleans it up. I will do this step first if removing stain. But I try to prevent staining by taping it off before do any work.
