So been watching my F&F bluray extras... specifically the "filming big rig heist" thing. Just happened to notice one of the crew guys driving around (while he's explaining what is happening) in a 2nd gen xB.

Looks like BBC with some wheels... at least.

 

Oh... and there was a quick shot of a heavily modded xA in the "meet the imports" part of it too. Some "casting call" for some of their cars.

 

They had an event here in Cali for being in the movie. In 2 scenes you can see 2 xB's from Scion image.

 

Just poped in the bluray, gonna check it out!!!

ACTUALLY, there's a 2nd gen in the 1st race seen. its on the streets and its going the opposite direction. its a dark colored xb but u can tell from the headlights.

 

Just got the Blu Ray gotta watch it!

 

You guys liked that movie? I still don't think it was nearly as good as tokyo drift...

TD was by far the worst of the series. As its own movie it would probably have been better... but not great.

This new one was decent... if anything, one of the best just because all of the original people were in it. The g/f and I saw it in the theater a while back and it was at least entertaining.

As for the extras... I really don't know if they're bluray only as I don't actually have the F&F4 DVD...

 

i borrowed the dvd from my bro. the good extras are only on the bluray. i hope he didn't pay more than $20. i'm not going to buy a copy just because i'm the only one with a bluray player.

 

I actually liked TD, it was a different spin from part 1 and 2(wich is the worst FF) part 4 I enjoyed especially since they expanded on Han's story line and his connection with the original crew. It almost seemed like part 4 was really part 2.

I'm actully getting it on Thursday as soon as I get back to Cali.

 

two things: why did they try to make us believe that pure nitros would blow up a car. also the dude in the police station when they first called him on the gps. wouldn't you think it would be a dead giveaway if the bad guys tracked the gps.
any way much better than the second by far.
