Can someone else with a maunal verify something for me. Last night when I was driving home, I noticed that my clutch pedal starting making a clicking noise when I press it all the way down and then release it. It is like a clicking/tinging noise. It really irritates me and now that is all I hear. I looked underneath the dash and it appears to be coming from the safety start switch.

Does anyone else's clutch sound lke this.

 

take your car to the dealer and notify them that you have a concern. schedule and appointment first. then repost if there are any issues! Good luck!

 

can someone with 5 speed still verify for me if their clutch makes a clicking noise when you press it all the way down. Thanks.

 

I can't recall any clicking noise in the cars I have driven, but I will check on the next one I get. I am sure by then someone will have already responded.

Mine sounds almost like a spring thats compressed. It is not real loud though.

 

I have not noticed any noise. Sounds like a service issue.
