I've seen you post a number of bad attitude comments on a variety of threads... apparently nobody introduced you to the concept of "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all." We all recognize that not everybody likes the same thing, and this is a friendly forum for different viewpoints. If you don't agree, I'm fine with that; but post your viewpoint in a friendly fun way, or suffer the wrath of your fellow ScionLife members, and expect to get flamed for negative personal attacks.

I'm pretty new to the forums, and I just don't understand why a silly thread is causing so much upset! Everyone who posted how much they owed (me included) did so willingly and we're not the ones that are upset. Why does it matter to the people who haven't posted? You think that those who owe less are bragging about it, maybe they are (I'm not agreeing), but who cares? We posted here willingly... Personally I think the thread about "how fast have you driven your xb" is pretty pointless, and more so possibly dangerous because that's promoting people going in excess of 100 miles an hour on the freeway just to say "ha, I went faster!" I've read that thread once, disagree with it so I don't read it anymore. If you disagree with the point or purpose of the thread then just don't read it, but don't get upset with the people who do post in it.

i wasn't going to post in this thread even though i'm proud to say i owe nothing.

a couple years ago i decided my old truck wasn't giong to last forever. looking at the jeep liberty the first year i found that it didn't get any better gas mileage than the truck i already had.
the second year i knew i wanted an xb with a manual transmission because i figured the gen1 would be the one i could afford.
and then i got a call that there was an 08 in the paper for $14,000 with 5400miles and no damage. didn't want to spend all that money at first, but it was too good of a deal to pass up.
