So I got my Mobile HIDS (4300) About 2 Months ago. been working great since then. But now all of a sudden my left headlight seems to be a different color from the right.

My Right is pure white and so was my left till a few days ago, now its more of a whiteish yellow/amber/red color... Anyone know what went wrong.


ALSO! When my HIDS are on my radio cant catch the station 104.3 FM(I only head static), When I turn my HIDS OFF the station comes in clear. so any answer for this also?

I don't know about the bulb color problem, but the radio thing is usually a ground problem. I've read on the sponsored classified boards for HIDs, in the responses, that grounding the negative ballast connection to the body of the car usually solves the radio reception issue. Someone else on here can confirm this. Just shoot ModileHID an e-mail. They should be able to clear up both issues.

Bulb prob just went bad, he will most likely send you replacement free.

 

yeah direct that to cliff. he does stand by his product. if he can fix it via PM. then he finds some other way of fixing it. that is the reason cliff and moble hid is recommended 8 out of 10 people on this forum. if he does not get back to you right away. give him time. he will get back to you. he might be really busy doing orderes and answering questions.

 

Switch bulb from side to side. if problem follows, its the bulb, if not, its the ballast.

I had more ballast go bad then the bulbs.
