My first problem... hope it's my last.
Well, I was driving home tonight and notice that there was no air blowing out of my a/c vents. I wanted the a/c on, and recalled it being set to 2 like I always have it, but I thought I must've turned it off or something so I reached down and lo and behold it was on 2, but no air. So I moved it to 3, nothing, then to 4 and suddenly a blast of air. Moved it back to 1, nothing, then 2 again, nothing, 3, still nothing. 4, blasting air again like 4 should.
So yea, I have 3,200 miles on my car, I'm taking it to the dealership Wednesday when I'm off to have them fix it. This sucks, so few miles on my car.
Also, I'm curious, anyone heard of this happening? Or if perhaps maybe there's a fuse for 1-2-3 and a separate one for 4? The reason I ask this is that I have a 91 civic in high school and it always had the same problem, only full blast worked. I never had it looked at in my civic because it was a $600 car, but now that it's happening in my 08 xB I'm kinda wondering.
Hope they can fix this fast.

caps lock ain't stuck...comp at work only works with caps on... Anyways the blower motor has a resistor that allows the motor to run at lower speeds.... When its on the highest setting the resistor is bypassed allowing the motor to run at full speed...
He is correct. It was the blower motor resistor. They didn't have the part in stock, but they do now. Just waiting on me to get a day off to take it in. Which will be Thursday, just hate that my car with 3,200 miles on it has something broken already.
