Ummm... Are you serious? Are you putting this in your xB or your hot rod?

I'm assuming it only has 2 posts? If so, then cut the battery cable in half, then install 2 ring terminals, then install this inbetween cut cables with terminals. Done.
*I think*

Most of the time it's people with hot rods that use something like this, where the battery is in the rear of the car.
I'd recommend getting a quality alarm with a good starter disable. I wouldn't been too keen about hacking a bunch of stuff to make this work. But that's me.

If there is a will, there is a way. If someone wants your car, they'll take it. Period.

yeah you'll just cut your battery cable and install ring terminals on either end.. keep in mind you will lose all radio settings everytime you use that.. you could just get a nice alarm with starter disable.. proximity sensor.. backup battery siren

totally agree with the alarms... get a good alarm with a backup battery, piezo and that has starter kill. In my opinion the install/installer can make or break the alarm. If the installer hides the wires correctly they will look identical to the factory making the alarm much better!!

about the warranty read about the Magnuson Moss Act!!!! For sure get one that has a 2-Way pager, I absolutely love my two way remote!! The brand doesn't matter too much cause the alarms are all owned by a company called Directed Electronics Inc. This is what I do for a living and we sell the Vipers and they are awesome highly recommend them, but like I said get it professionally done by people who know what they are doing or it will defeat the purpose of the alarm!!

Corey,

There are actually a few different ways of installing a bettery disconnect switch. First off, check the rule book of the sanctioning body that you are racing with. Some sanctioning bodies test the functionality of the switch in different ways than others ie. test at alternator vs. test at starter. Then determine if you have a 2 pole or 4 pole switch and search google accordingly for instructions. Again, there will be a couple different "schools of thought" regarding how to install it, both with achieve the same results. I will try and dig up some good posts on Honda-tech's Road Racing forum regarding the installing of a disconnect (honda-tech is down for about 24 hours).

DO NOT half ___ it! Make sure you use quality componets from a good race shop like longacre.com or http://www.racerwholesale.com/
