Default Need to upgrade speakers...which of these two?

Well I've decided I can't stand the stock speakers in this thing and want to upgrade. Not sure if they are blown or if they are just poor quality but they "crackle" really bad and its really annoying .

I've decided on these two http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....#productdetail
or

Which one do you guys think I should go with? I'm buying them from best buy since I have a $50 gift card but if you see anything else that you recommend let me know

I was going to suggest some other speakers, but then I read that you have a $50 gift card.

Did you want to keep components or do a coaxail? You've posted coaxails, but stocks are components. Components are a little more expensive, but I do believe they help with imaging.

Some people on the site have used these and have had nice results.

I just installed the Infinity Reference 6012is in front (basically the same as the 6022i) and I like them but you should really go to Best Buy and listen to them yourself before deciding.

I have a set of Alpine Type-S 2 ways in the front of my Stealth(not the same model number though but same stats), they aren't bad, and I am willing to bet they're an improvement over stock but I wouldn't say it's a huge improvement.

Go by the store, see how they sound compared to the Infinity's, I don't know how those sound but I have heard good things.

Check the Ohm ratings and RMS watts, will you be going to an amp later?

Eventually I'd like to run an amp to them. Honestly, right now, I think anything would sound better than the stock ones in the front. Nothing sounds good, anything with bass sounds blown, highs will crackle, mids sound barely decent. It sucks because I've only had the car a month and they have always sounded like that since I bought the car.

If you guys think I should look at something else, I like crutchfield.com so I may consider purchasing something off of there.

Crutchfield has good cust svc, I just find their prices high often times, but it will give you peace of mind, I'm sure they back their stuff better than just the cheapest google find.

Tradeoff really. You pay for better cust svc and they do provide manuals, adapters, etc.
As an example though, Crutch has the AVIC D3 at 1k, a quick google will show places selling them for as little as $629. It all has pros and cons of course...

I have kicker ss components and also I have kicker ss midbass speakers for the rear. powered by a alpine 9857 deck with a kicker 700.5 amplifier. They are very loud. The bad thing is the component set cost about $800.00

I'm running the Infinity Kappa Reference components in the front and coaxial referance in the back off of a 550 watt Alpine amp and it sounds amazing.

Almost dont need a sub.... almost
