There are very, very few differences between the BRZ and FRS. We’re talking same rims different center caps differences. You can’t go wrong with ether, it just comes down to what front bumper you like and interior trim you like.

I like the BRZ/FRS but can't think of any compelling reason to buy one instead of a Genesis Coupe or Mustang. I'm not terribly interested in a coupe alternative to the Miata.

Now if TRD offers a super or turbo charger for it, that's a new ball game...

if that S/C does come from TRD then it better put out more then the weak 40 HP that the TC1 got....

Yeah they couldnt fit AWD into it its too small, they also said there isnt any room for SC/ or turbo.

BRZ/FRS is a beautiful car, but I think they missed the mark by only putting 200 HP in it.

I agree but actually IMO all the FRS/BRZ really needs is 250hp with at least 200 ft lbs tq. I doubt the chassis can handle more than 300hp although I'm sure that won't stop some people from doing it like they do with the TC.

As far as Toybaru claims that there isn't room for a SC or TC, I call BS. AWD can't be done because the engine sits too far back relative to the front axles but there's plenty of room for a SC or TC somewhere.

As-is the BRZ/FRS is a great alternative for guys who wouldn't be caught dead driving a girlie car like the otherwise brilliant Miata.
