Hi my name is Eric.

I decided to trade in my 04 alero for the box.

It's a superwhite auto with the the RCA out Pioneer.

I drive alot and got tired of using a fm modulator for my ipod and wouldn't dare put a nice stereo in my olds. Which is only one of many reasons it needed to go. Dr side window falls out of track, battery was bad, nedded 3 new tires, and the brakes nedded changed.

I just moved from Il to FL in Jan. My last toy was stolen in Feb from a storage shed in Il. I left it there to pick up at a later date. It was an 03 Cobra with a Kenne Bell 2.6L @ 18psi. I never got an accurate dyno on it. I really only needed the A/F ratio anyway. Similar setups were 600rwhp and 580rwtq. I miss it. But I don't miss the payment

Here's a video of it. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/0...rev_111175.htm
Sorry the sound doesn't work. I have a copy with sound I can email.

Anyway, I love this frickin box! The mileage is similar to the olds but the comfort is perfect and the base options are awesome. They come loaded.

I was angling for a hypnotic teal with the same options but they worked me a deal on the white on that I couldn't refuse. They gave me $8500 for a car that was worth $5800 on trade. This was at lakeland scion.

Part of the reason I bought it was to tow (I know I'm not supposed to) a R1 which I'll be buying at the end the end of the year to fulfill my speed need.

Mods I'd like are tape removal on A pillar, 18's with a nice lip, lowered, spoiler (on the way), subs and amp (in the garage), and maybe a turbo

BTW if you guys see my Cobra, shoot the guy in a way that will make him suffer the most. Call me and I will come and inspect his corpse and the car and give you a reward. Cadaver removal included!

Welcome to the family... let the modding begin!

Take your time figuring out which wheels and drop you want, there's a lot to choose from.

SEARCH is your friend.

I'm a die hard chevy guy myself. My last toy before the 03 was a 98 Z28 6sp.

But come 2003 and Chevy wasn't doing a damn thing for me. Ford had a supercharged v8 with a 6 speed and a shortblock with stock internals that have been pushed to over 1000rwhp repeatedly. I'll ride the fence for a car like that.

Later down the road I wand to LS1 swap a S14 240sx

I know what you mean chevy has been doing a ____ poor job of making performance vehicles compared to ford as of late... But the 08 Z06 will be mine... Oh yes it will be mine... lol

Be careful of the tape removal. Make sure you really want to do it. On the SW it seems to look better with the contrast of the black/white. Check out the following thread:

Thanks for the heads up. I definately wouldn't remove the tape from the doors as the guy in thread you posted did. I've seen one up close and they only removed the tape on the a pillar and it looked great.

I'm leaving my tape. I figure its one thing that is helping to prevent rock chips on my xB's paint.
