just wanted to say hello to all of the xb owners :D I have 5spd xb with 8000k hid, homemade front grill and tints so far. I'll post pics soon

I was thinking of also putting 8000k on my lexus IS300. the pics should be up by this weekend.

Yes I want to see the pics too. I want a chrome mesh grill but the only one I've found is about $600 for top and bumper grills. Any help in this matter would be great! What does 8000k mean???

the one on the right is 8000k is the color of the light. the left is stock.
there HIDS higher the number the bluer they are then they go to purple if u keep getting higher. just click any hid link around that pops up on this site itll explain it.

cool thank for explaining that. were they hard to install? I like the factory headlight I have but I would like to change the tail lights... any suggestions? please send links or pics if you know of any. Thanks, this place is great!

Why do you guys run 8000k hids? You have less visibility than the stock halogens at that kelvin & they are annoying to other drivers.

I currently have 5000k and they are PLENTY blue for me. I plan to swap 4300k for more visibility as soon as I get some extra cash.

I haven't heard any drivers ranting at me about my hids but ask what kind of headkights I have. The roads here in Orlando, FL are light pavenments and the 8000k really lights up the road more than my stock.
