Have painted drivers door keyhole cover and a painted rear wiper plug coming for the delete. Also just ordered the Interior Trim Kit from Longo, and will post pics off all in the appropriate forums when I get them done.

Considering the black Longo tails, just dunno about $300. Might be a better mod for that price.

Edit: I've stalled on the trim pieces. Any ideas? Or would Longo's be the better idea?

 

Have you done in suspension mods? Didnt see any in your sig, that's what I would do next if you haven't.

Lowering springs and the rear sway bar are a must on the xb2. Check the classifieds on here and buy them used, you could probably get both close to your $300 budget.

 

Guess the next issue would be getting someone to install the springs.

The sway bar is much much easier to DIY if you decide on purchasing one. A pair of jackstands and sockets/wrenchs will do the job.

 

Yeah, its funny, you can buy the springs from a dealer, but the dealer wont install them. Damn private shops have gotten bad too, many around here wont even install tires I bought directly from Discount Tire or Tire Rack.

You used to could get anything done.

There is a rice rocket speed shop here, I bet theyd install springs, and they also have a dyno too.

 

Speaking for myself, I wouldn't change anything I didn't specifically want to have changed -- money is money and what if you don't end up caring for the result?

Only get a rear swaybar if you feel the car has too much body lean when making turns (uneveness in the road surface will show up more). Only get lowering springs if you genuinely want a lower stance and tighter ride (you will feel the road surface more). You've got 21K on that car -- seems to me you may be entirely happy with the suspension as is.

 

I've felt the need for the rear sway, because i think it leans too much, but I can already scrape on my driveway now, if not careful, so lowering would be a bit dumb.

Wow, that took me a good minute to find the major differences between the eBay one and the Longo one, apart from the displaced reflector.

The eBay lights don't have the chrome lighting that separates each row of LED's. That's what I really like about the Longo tails. When those light up, it looks really sweet.

Good for you, though! LED tails are the way to go. My next recommendation for you is to get that big A$$ third brake light from Oznium. I'm rocking that on my box, and it really helps people see me A LOT better. lol

Yeah, I'm kinda anxious to see how that ALL black area looks on the Blackberry Crush, should be nice, especially with the smoked halo's I have. I was very glad to get rid of the chrome OEM headlights.

Im torn between the brake light mod that makes it blink, or the big one.

 

Just get the big one. Trust me on this one - it really, really stands out. It's so bright that sometimes it lights up the car behind me. lol

The reason why I got it was because I could not stand the small third brake light. It was just way too small for me, so the big one really accents my Longo tails.

EDIT: Couldn't you wire that flashing kit up to Oznium's TBL and get the same effect?
