Default Paint rub

So, after having my new xB for not even 48 hours, some creep in a van rubbed me in stop and go on the freeway. He took off before I could even catch his plate info. Got home and looked at it, it's just a little paint rub on the passenger side rear wheel well. It looks like there may be a chip or two in my paint, but I'm hoping it can be buffed out.

What do you guys think I should do? I just dropped quite a bit for the down, so I really don't want to fork out a lot of cash to fix this, but I have zero experience with buffing and touch up paint. I'll post pics tonight so you guys can see. Anyone in OC buff and do paint?

I'm just ____ed. Not even 48 hours!

I work for a used car dealership in La Habra and we have a guy who comes to us a few times a week to paint. Cost is $175 a panel and he is a genius. Let me know if you need any contact info.

Appreciate it. I'll put some pics up when I get home. It's really not too bad (as nothing was dented), it's just some white paint on my blackberry. That and the fact it was even 48 hours ould yet.

Here's the pics:

That last pic will hopefully show where the paint is chipped. Sucks.

Any idea if buffing would help? I've only got a $250 deductible, so insurance will cover anything over that. I'd just hate to have to fork that out after making the down payment not even a week ago.
