I don't understand something

in the TSB it's written that vehicules which have been produced before JTLKE50E#81030544 need to be repair

I don't understand the ( # ) thing in the VIN???

my vin is JTLKE505181051634
DO I NEED A REPAIR ???

The # is a check dig, it could be anything. The number to watch for you is 81051634, which is after 81030544. That means yours was build after the change and wouldnt apply to this TSB.
