I was wondering anybody got a way to get rid of that orange reflector on the headlighs? i wanna make it chrome so my headlights are all uniform or blue cause it would be cool. any ideas??
or pics?

ANd where can i get one of those ball cube thing?? it goes on the top of the radio antenna...

u can by sheets of different color reflector from an autoparts store or walmart and cut em out to fit and stick em on it. I know they have a silvery clear looking color and blue also.

You mean inside the headlights right? Don't stick things on the outside, that would look goofy. You would need to take them apart... look at xB1 posts about clearing the reflectors from oem headlights. I imagine you would need to use the oven method, heat them @250 degrees, carefully remove the covers and either remove or paint over the amber bits... while they were open I would also paint some of the surfaces black, just to make them more custom.

couple pics down he has one. i will ask my dealer or call scion they sent me the cd's so why not!!

 

I've seen the cubes show up in the misc. classifieds here on SL, and also sometimes on Ebay. Not sure if many dealers would still have them.

 

ooh i want a cube! it would be a useless paper weight since the 1st gen has no external antenna
