Default Rear DIY?

I went to autozone today to replace my rear windshield wiper and we couldn't do it. It seems that the rear wiper is kinda connected to everything. we tried to replace just the rubber part and that didn't work either. its longer than 13" yet shorter than 14" so anybody help me? or is this something the dealer ahs to do. and btw where can get a cheap fuse picker up thing. (for engine box i lost mine)

you can get Fuse Removal tool at Autozone I believe and you may want to think about cutting a wiper blade to fit in Rear rather than go to dealer. Just a thought though....
