Default Speaking when braking

I hear a speaking noise as if my brakes are bad but had recently had car serviced and brakes are good, any ideas of what else it could possibly be?

Were the brakes serviced or just inspected?

Most times the inboard pads wear more than the outboard and they are harder to inspect, especially if you don't remove the wheel. If its a high pitch squeal, its the low pad indicator hitting the rotor. If its a low squeal, sometimes its just dirty/dusty. When pads get old they tend to flake on the edges, this causes squeaking as well.

Pop them off and make sure the shims have a liberal coating of anti-squeal grease on them. Toyota's are know to have noisy brakes, even new ones.
