Default Thinking about trading my 2008 in on a 2011

Got 46,000 on 08. Get same color BSP.

What you guys think? I'm stupid?

Transfer from 08 to 11 the TRD lowering springs, TRD Sway Bar, TRD Strut Tower Brace, 16 inch Bronze Weds Sport wheels and tires, See if I can transfer Alpine Navi and my Sirius tuner, don't see Sirius option avail on 11, just XM?

Pic of Rims and tires I'm transfering

Toyo Proxes 4 225/50-R16

Dont downgrade! The 2011's are fugly as hell! Besides, no one is ever gonna make any cool aftermarket mods for it. Stick with the winner. Going from an 08 to an 11 is like nailing Megan Fox and then leaving her for Courtney Love.... C'mon man.

Why not just buy a 2011 bumper and rear end? Less than a new car!

tC is nice, but I love my xB.

What lead me to thinking about trading an 08 for an 11 is?

Problem is I have a vibraton(rattle ) noise that just started at about 79 mph plus coming from the rear(sounds like rear passenger side). Don't hear it at speeds under 79 mph, lol. I took the pass side rear corner interior covers off over wheel well, removed plastic cover on rear door, removed subwoofer installed in corner, spare tire, jack, jack handle, etc. took it all out of car and it still has the rattling(vibrating) noise. So i'm pretty sure now the noise is coming from outside the car. I checked rear spoiler, banged on outside sheet metal, can't find it.

I interstate drive the car a bunch and run about 79 - 80 mph, with my Valentine 1, speed limit is 70 mph.

Going to do some more checking. You guys are right, I'm not gaining anything by trading to an 11.

If I can't figure out vibration, Better idea, buy a new 10 sitting on a dealer's lot with a good deal and swap all my parts to it? Hopefully I'll figure it out.

Idk how much less... The markup would more than likely be insane and you forget it wouldnt just be a front and rear bumper, youd have to get the hood, the headlights, the fenders, and the rear lights cuz theyre not the same shape... And if you go through Scion, youd probably be better off buyin a new car, but again the car is hideous so either way its jus a waste of money....

Where is the information saying the hood and other sheet metal aren't the same? I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest that, and it's more expensive for Toyota that way. The headlights may (or may not) have changed dimension a little on the underside and the fascia definitely changed, but I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest anything above that changed.
