TSB issues resolved on 2009 models?
Is there anyway to find out if common problems such as the A-pillar creak or windshield stress cracks have been resolved by a design or manufacturing process (I.E. they are problems of the past)?
I am thinking that I will get a second generation Xb before they move on to the next design but am leary of 2008's and wonder if the problems have been addressed on 2009s?
Anyone know how to find this out?
Thanks/

come one man. you seriously think that toyota found the problem and not fix it at the assembly line?
plus there is a reason why the the TSB applies to only the cars with the VIN numbers listed in the TSB its cause they fixed all the other ones at the factory...

and come on Milhouse. if you dont trust that toyota fixed the problem then maybe the first gen xB or the new matrix might be your cup of tea. toyota is a huge corporation and any collective concern on the internet can have huge effects.
plus the creak isnt even noticable. ive had the creak ever since i bought the car. 6months later i havent taken it in to get the fix. its not like the car is any less safe. and its only noticable when i pull up my driveway and doesnt creak in any other situation. the only thing i hear on the road is the ridiculously loud stock tires. but that noise is a thing of the past thanks to the soft rubber i roll in now
