Default well after much consideration...

I ended up ordering a 2009 box tonight. Should be here in about 2 weeks. Stickin with the scion family for another couple years i suppose

Had my 2006.5 box t-boned a few weeks ago, which left it totalled. Was dead set on gettin a new cooper to replace it with. But alas, an $8k difference in price between the two, I figured the new box was the best choice for now. Those coopers just get too pricey too quickly dammit!

For the curious, the new box is an auto BSP. Addons would be: security, xm radio (had sirius in the old box, and looooved it.), and the trd springs.

Gotta find a tint shop in this city and then should be set for a bit. Then after the winter here, definitely pickin up some wheels for it.

Congrats on ur new purchase. About your springs I would of went w/ tananbes or hotchkis just since those are cheaper than TRD, unless your trying to stay under warranty which you probably are right?

You didn't mention it but have you thought of taking off parts from your 1st gen and trying to sell them like the head/tail lights, grill, interior peicesthem to help pay for new or upcoming mods . Theres always peeps on here who are looking for oem parts. Just a thought.
