What does this mean???
Well they are probably do an hours worth of diagnosis which will cost you in the ballpack of 100 to 180 depending on dealership after that i have forgottin sorry if you find out how much the part is then add labor and BLAM!! you got a estimate labor is usually 90 to 100 an hour
PS. My experience with Mitsubishi Diagnostics was about $60.
^sorry i was just going off what we used to charge at volkswagen when i worked there its on the high side i know so if its cheaper than woohooo!!
He could get the diagnosis and if it is speed sensor you could always install it yourself you did say the warranty is up right?

Ya warranty is up. Is the speed sensor easy to get at? I know in my truck I had to replace one and it's part of the hub so I had to buy a whole new hub assembly. (not cheap)
to be honest with you im new to the scion scene but i will do some research tonight and try and find out where it is more than likely its going to be part of the hub....which sucks but it will be alot cheaper for you to do it yourself hands down!!
What ever happened with this issue? I'm having the same problem. It's been a bad winter. I'm thinking the wheel sensors are coated with road salt because the problem started when the snow started.
How could the o2 sensor cause the traction control, ABS and brake lights to all be lit? It's got to be the wheel sensors or some problem with the braking system or the computer that controls these systems.

ABS is something I've never had before the xB2 and I'm not clear I've ever needed. However, I'm not obecting to it
! My experience has been to work the brakes myself, not just slam them on.
PS. If your ABS light is remaining on, then something is wrong. Take it to the dealer.

also, make sure you don't pump the brakes on a car with ABS like you would on a car without it, that can really confuse the system and make stopping distances longer.
Well then how do you explain it.... Because im pretty sure that I didnt imagine that month and a half of trying to get those lights to turn off and finally cleaning the o2 sensor on the down pipe turned it off.
i had some one tell me that all these lights will go on if have not fully secured your gas cap and have driven with it like that for a while and that accompanied with reckless driving will cause it to do that to force you to bring it in to a dealer. he said he an into this problem with his first gen and if you take it in they will reset the sensor. btw he is a scion salesman/ mild technician
