Racelands are good if you wanna go low, but most people go for the Tanabe DF210, or if you want a little less low the Tanabe NF210.

Do I need to change struts when changing springs?

no but you will need an alignment. Also remember if you live in a state that gets snow best go with the TRD springs. Lowers it enough to look good but not so low that your bumper is a plow

NF 210 's are the best for ride comfort . However they are only slightly lower in the rear compared to theTRD 's . With 17 's you've got a lot of room . The Df 210's would be the better choice . I would have gone with DF's but I need a family DD .

you dont need to mess with anything if you go with the TRD kit. Its designed to work with the stock struts. I love a lowered car and they look really good but too low means wear on other parts. The car will ride like ____ and its just not practical for daily use. The TRD kit feels the same as stock. Just enough so you can tell its been lowered but not enough to ruin it as a DD

I absolutely love these springs. They are very sporty but they're also very comfortable. They ride exactly like stock. I let my mom drive the car and she couldn't even tell the car was lowered. I have yet to scrape with these springs and i've taken it over speed bumps with no problem.

And a side note, i ordered these springs from tunersports website and they price matched amazon at $190 and gave me free shipping, but the best part is that i recieved them the very next morning.

I ran DF210's on my leased vehicle. No issues with alignment, great ride height and comfortable.
I actually have them for sale. Less than 20k miles and in the original box.
