who installed the suspension?
if the dealer or a shop did it the alignment should have been done then. if you did it id have it done not ASAP but soon, give everything a chance to settle. most places offer a 6mo to a year warranty so have it checked before it is up, or sooner if you notice anything out of the ordinary like tire wear, pulling, crooked steering wheel etc....

I just installed tein s-techs and im gonna give it a little while to settle cause i mesured mine and my buddies and his have been on there for about a year and mesurments showed his is 1 1/4 inch lower in front and 3/4 lower in rear so i'm gonna let mine settle before I get alignment
where is my buzzer to tell most of you that your wrong? wait at least a week before getting an alignment, the shocks and springs need to settle. if you got an alignment immediately after lowering it, it would just be off in a week anyway as the car settles lower.
i got full trd suspension and waited a week before alignment.

I put the springs and sway bar on and drove it on the stock tires for about 5 days in pretty rough driving (spirited driving on Wisconsin roads). According to the paperwork and my service adviser rear no change, front both camber and toe-in adjustments.
So after having the s techs on now for about 5 months, I hadn't aligned it all yet, a few days ago, blown front passenger tire! The inside of the tire was bald, the center and outside was fine. I knew better, just been procrastinating. So don't be a lazy @ss like me, go align your lowered box. ;)

Also I totally agree that you need to wait at least a week for the suspension to settle.
