Are you sure you got the front torsion bar bolts torqued to spec? One of mine was not torqued and it was causing this noise as well.

Other than that, I would think that if the springs are sitting correctly and the bolts are torqued, it should not creak. But I don't have the TRD struts so I cannot say with certainty

CheapChic did you ever solved your noise in the front?

I was going to start another thread but decided to just add this to yours.

I developed a rattle that sounded exactly like a broken shock on the right rear yesterday. I checked it visually and grabbed and shook everything. nada.

This morning I decided to recheck all the torques on the rear Sway bar install. The lower shock attach bolt tightened almost 1/2 turn and the noise went away.

Thought I would share just in case anyone else developed a similar rattle in the rear.

hi
we have an idea where it is comming, it is loud and only happens during take off or slow speed bumps.

95% sure it is not the strut. we did grease all front bushings and check and re-checked all bolts.

we think it is the drivers door hinge area. body flex creak.

it is there where all the noise is.
I will know this week

I had that problem and it turned out to be the springs rubbing on eachother. There will be signs of this on the powdercoating and you can slience this with that wrap that's on the stock springs.
