Finally got my bags!!! there nothing really out there yet untill yesterday.. The Universal air kit for the XB will work on the 2 gens..

everything is comming together. As soon as my wheels clears US customs I cans tart to assmble my ride. Customs Red Flagged my wheels so I have go clear thing up with them.

just finshed welding the rack to mount pumps and tank under the car.. and made the new upper mount for the rear

 

Had to modify the rear upper mount and make a completly fabricate a new one.

sorry guys i work in low gear.. i could do the install inone day but I like to take my time when doing project like this. Ill keep you guys updated on the progress

 

got to test fit the rear bags today. I had to make one final adj and had to fabricate a Shim in which I can remove for shows so it lays lower.

Here is the stock XB with TRD springs


This is something the Gen one didnt have to bolt the top up to the perch with out having to drill any more holes.

the bottom mount uses a nut. this was what came with the Universal air kit. Notice how the lower perch is a more solid design than the old XB.



This is the upper shim that i had to fabricate to add the the existing upper mount i already made. it slips right over the top and adds 1 inch.

i have bags on my 02 chevy silverado. never doing it again..good luck with your xb though.

 

looks good. would have been easier to purchase my brackets though ;)

 

would have been easyier.. and it billet also.. how much are you sell ing them and is it avaible
