Ok did more work to the air bags install.. sound kind fo crazy starting at 11pm at night last night working on my car but thats the only time i had the chance to do it or never ever do it.. LOL
Installed the Rack with the compressor, tank and Air and water filter..
Notice the water seperator and filter.. very important must have item that many forget to install becuase it normally doesnt come with the kit.
.
Than today i had some time in the evening to run someof the wires and some hoses.. I also swapped out the push on type fitting with compresson type. working in the industry those push on type aways fails sooner or later .. the compresson type are the way to go. Also make sure you have a hose cutter it helps make nice cuts on the hoses and eleminates bad cuts and air leaks.
I teed off the input side to save the number of hoses that would run into the car
Here is how steath it looks..

almost done guys. everything but the bags in.. all the valves and compersor are functional..
Damm those compressors are loud as hell even with it mounted under the car with one compressor .. with 2 it was event louder..
I havent tried to dump it yet but will run needle vavles to slow the down the air..
it does has some pressure commingout sound like its going to hop. hopefully not ..
MY first Air set up ever so im new to this but i used to be Hawaii's Certified Installer for Reds Hydrulics so its sort of the same but I just want it to move slow up and down..

got the rear bags working!!! amost done..
all the way up
and slammed..
thats with out the spacer i added that can be removed.. .. Ill prob shave down the mounts about 1 inch more so that the rim will tuck.. or the shocks bump stops might be the problem.. have to take them out..
Now just have to fabricate the front struts ..

alright im pretty much done.. just a little cleaning up and getting the int back from the upolstry shop..
I had to modifiy the crap out of the front to get it to go lower.. I know my install is pretty much rock solid and done right.
I can go lower if i can find pillowball mounts the fit the new XB.. it will prob bring it down another inch.
the rear Ill just make some minor Adj to get it to go a little lower.. Shorter shocks and removing the bump stop

Wow
That's beyond awesome. Good info on the moisture trap. I'm probably going air on my '59 Beetle and people always talk about moisture in the lines. I figured a moisture trap would be an easy fix.
Props to you Sir.
