THere should have been a silver washer about an inch and a half long that keeps the shock top from going through the body. It sits between the stock upper and lower plates.
on another note, i went with the D2 coils so i could get low....

hmm pecuiliar, scionpros were pretty nice coils, wonder why they would change the height. And i found out that it was loose on the bottom strut bolt and not the top where i would always adjust..... anyways fedex says my shocks should be here on the 3rd, hoping it changes to tomorrow because gilbert, AZ isnt too far and its already in transit. :D so I am pretty much set in the rear, ill adjust my rears according to the fronts but for now I am fairly happy.

Yay!
New shocks arrived, missed the FedEx guy so I went straight to FedEx and waited there for an hour until they all came back and I was able to pick it up, was 30minutes late to class but I didnt think I needed to learn how to change font in word all too much. I think I'll be doing the front install tomorrow, any tips?

HELP!
My tie rods keep hitting my fender wall and this is at 6 clicks from full stiff.
The tie bar mounts are all the way up as much as they can, am I able to drop the mount down an just compress the shock enough for it to get in like that? Where did you guys position them? I really want to get rid of this noise.

Tie rods? They shouldn't be touching anything. This is the tie rod:
It's what turns your wheels. If you mean your sway bar endlink mounts, measure their position with the OEM struts and adjust accordingly. They shouldn't be all the way to the top of the coilover, FYI.

how?
How are you guys adjusting your coilovers with out unbolting everything? I have to unbolt the two big nuts on the fronts and for the rears I havent even tried yet....

I just put on my man pants and take care of business without unbolting the coilover. Could jack the lower control arm up a little bit so there's no tension on the suspension.
