No need to go slotted/drilled

Keep it simple w/these rotors here: (get the non cryo to save a buck if needed)
Centric Plain 120 Series Cryo-Treated Rotor

I come from a track background & many of us have track day'd these rotors successfully. These rotors are made by Centric (parent company for StopTech) & are high quality

Use StopTech Street Performance pads as well (i do!)

You can swap in TC2 parts. Get the TC2 calipers (relatively cheap on eBay), some blank centric TC2 rotors (drilled/slotted is pointless) and some reasonable quality brake pads.

Unless you want to shell out a lot of cash for the TRD big brake kit, that's as good as it's going to get.

If Money is not an Issue, you can't go wrong with the TRD BBK (Big Brake Kit)

TRD Performance Brake Kit : Sparks Toyota and Scion Parts - Genuine OEM - TRD Performance by TRDSparks.com

I have them on my RS9 and am quite please with them.

I've got slotted and drilled, but only for looks as it didn't really improve braking at all. Biggest improvement was going to better pads and then I gained a bit more when I did the swap to tC2 rotors and calipers.

I have the Centric/StopTech slotted and drilled rotors with the TRD pads. I love them. I had issues with rotors warping with the stock pads and then with the TRD pads.....haven't had an issue since going to the new rotors.

As mentioned before the next upgrade would be the tC2 calipers and rotors.
