i went with a used scionpro/easystreet kit since a new kit would have dipped into the install money. overall i'm satisfied, i might look into the sienna shocks to bring the rear down some.

What is your thoughts/opinion of the ride with your bags? Looking to create something with a super smooth ride. Thanks

I went wit D2 coilovers and I am satisfied with my selection. The ride is decent, but definitely not stock. But I mean that in a good way! I remember the stock ride feeling loose and unpredictable (like riding on clouds). Coilovers tighten things up and add a performance element. With decent tires you will hang turns at speeds you only wished you could with stock suspension. My only regret is I like to ride on the low side and tend to scrape A LOT! My advice would be if you want your XB really low, save your money and go with air. There are plenty of times I wish I went with air to save my chassis from dragging...just my 2 cents.

I forgot all about this thread. I had the airbags taken out about a year and a half ago and went back to coilovers, but a different brand. The air set up was cool but it felt a little to "floaty" for me. I'm sure different set ups perform differently but thats how I felt with the set i had. It was fun while I had them but was glad I went back to coils.

I feel the opposite. For super low I prefer coils, even though I tended to scrape everywhere and couldn't get into most shopping center parking lots I felt like they were a better option for riding low.

I'll probably be posting up my coils in the classifieds in a few days.

Get what you can afford. Mind your family first.
