Default thinking about lowering springs

I'm thinking about getting trd lowering springs, however I recently made a trip to boston with four people in the car and as I was leaving a parking lot, it began to scrap the bottom. Any suggestions or should we all just stop eating and loose some weight.

How high were the bumps and/or exit of the parking lot?

I havn't really had any problems. I'm about to be dropped on Hotchkis springs.

There is a cafe I frequently go for lunch. The back driveway/street is all scraped up from hundreds if not thousands of people scraping on the way out. I managed to scrape the front end while leaving this driveway on stock springs.

Just yesterday I was back at the cafe and exited using the same driveway. I now have the Eibach Pro Kit springs. I took driveway at a slight angle (just don't go head-on & perpendicular to the street). I did not scrape at all.

Do the drop! Your car will look and handle better. Just take it easy on bumps, dips and humps. I actually don't have to be too careful unless I can see that the street is already damaged from other cars.
